So, the end of the week. Stayed on a bit late to get two items of obligatory training done before a week off. One was the annual refresher on the company's ethics policies and the other relating to the new European data privacy rules, "GDPR", that come into force soon.

With that taken care of I'm now looking forward to a week off and a visit to Poland next week, for the first time. I shall be relaxing my diet a little for the duration.
