Lots Road Power Station

This derelict/developing building is in the Chelsea Harbour area of London.  I had arranged to meet up with three photographers I know through the Visual Arts group of the Royal Photographic Society.  We have become friends through the weekends spent in various places where we all have the days to go out with cameras and then there are meetings and talks in the evenings - both educational and fun,  Maggie, Alan, Brian and I were like minded souls and often went around as a group.  We are in various parts of the country so have not met up outside the RPS weekends before.  Today was rather like a blipmeet but I was the only blipper.

We photographed various things including the old Brompton Cemetery and then found ourselves in the Chelsea Harbour area of London.  Fascinating development of luxury apartments and this old power station which is in the process of conversion to more luxury apartments. It is a beautiful building outside and it will be interesting to see exactly what is done.  If you have a few millions to spare you might want to consider an investment here....
