Mini demonstration

A group of young people making some noise outside the Central Library. I was puzzled by the signs saying “save Antwerp”.

It seems that it is a Dance Club (of the rave variety) in Rusholme, popular with students, and threatened by closure. A planning enforcement issue - there will be a back story, there always is.
