Scared Face!

I had to go to a meeting today then rushed to finish the Birthday shopping before my appointment in the torture chamber on my shoulder.
My friend Annette has the magic touch and can feel straight away where the problem is. She couldn't do anything for the crunching in my shoulder joint but was able to apply some ultra sound and release some spasm in my shoulder blade and across my collar bone. It's agony but you know it's going to help.
Im now just waiting for my appointment with the shoulder clinic where I'm likely to be offered some needle work!
