Parade of classic cars

Tonight was a real fun night a few of us with BBQ on a trailer positioned ourselves down on the grass verge of the highway to watch the parade of over 400 classic cars  and the likes drive through Pleasant point. They started in Timaru came out to Pl Point and back through Temuka.
It is a big weekend called Rock and Hop. Tomorrow I am on a gate for the big day down on the bay, It is a fund raiser for the Hospice and I am a volunteer for that. There will be  rock and roll events , a wearable parts competition and much more. Over 500 cars are registered for it coming from near and far.
