I was headed over the big bridge to pick up a pizza for dinner and was stuck in traffic, so what does any amateur photographer think of while stuck in traffic?  Let's take a photo of that!!!  Maybe that should be the motto for blippers:  "Let's take a photo of THAT!"  So this is through the windshield and what I really liked about this shot, besides the bluest blue sky, was the face on the back of the shirt of the runner, courtesy of her SWEAT!  Is this a reach?  I don't know, but I would only recommend photography while driving if you're stuck in traffic and at a complete stop, as I was.....:)  Safety first, blippers......:)
