It's Gone

Cast off.....Brace on......
Onward and upward now and I'm going home tomorrow...
It's a bit swollen and sore but I think it's complaining cos it's not been used for a while...what a relief the cast has gone
 this doesn't look any more comfortable to sleep in but at least it's cooler .
