Suzhou Dumplings

I went to dinner with my friend Jane tonight. We got Suzhou dumplings which included a range of wontons, xiao long bao, and baozi. I'm not totally sure what these dumplings are called, but they had a baozi (steamed bun) texture with sesame seeds at the bottom and meat filled. Very tasty.

Jane was starving when we arrived though so she decided to order way too many dumplings for two people. I sent all the leftovers home with her for her niece.
