Monday is the new Sunday

I teach English to kids. It's awesome some when you walk into the room and get 50 adorable little children cheering because they're so happy to see you. But then it comes with downsides, like teaching on Saturdays. It does mean however I get Sundays and Mondays off instead of Saturdays and Sundays.

Having Monday as a weekend day does have it perks. All the shops are open, most people are at work, so places are less crowded, the city is a tiny bit quieter.

Well this Monday included a trip to my local restaurant with a friend for two for one pizzas and happy hour beers. A Monday afternoon well spent.
