The doors of our navigating bridge are always open, especially during days with dense fog and, let alone dense fog in Strait Dover when towing the Thialf.
In autumn lots of birds get disorientated during fog and land on ships at sea. This little fellow had decided that during the night inside was a better stay than outside. We found him at first daylight.
