Apple of your eye

This is a bit of an emergency blip at the end of a fairly frenetic but good day of meetings. Good session this afternoon with brill volunteer Bernard thinking about how he can help me support older people to be active in Rotherham.
Mindful too of 84 year old Vera, friend, mother, Nam, Momma who has a fall today and needs a stay in hospital so she will miss supporting her older sister at her brother-in-law’s funeral tomorrow. May prayers and peace surround her.
