The Old Forge (Monday 12th March 2018)

I would have been quite pleased with this picture if I'd succeeded in getting the daffodils sharp and not the black spidery plant, as I discovered when I came to process it today. I have cropped the picture to make the foreground more prominent.

It was the only picture I took on Monday and I blip it today only because yesterday was my first long drive of the year and I'm still working my way through the pictures I took.

I did some gardening on Monday and planted in some Japanese ferns in what will one day be my fernery, and some double snowdrops for next year in my rockeries.
