sixty-fifth anniversary

Over at my folks' place again earlier this afternoon - quite unbelievably, it's their sixty-fifth wedding anniversary today ... I really can't quite get my head round that length of a marriage! Just such a marvelous thing :-)

... and despite being a committed Republican myself, I cannot deny they were rather delighted to receive a card and personal message from Buckingham Palace this morning ;-)
