Pam Crump

A lovely time spent with the residents round at the coffee morning in Hoyle Court.
It's a super place with about 24 residents in sheltered housing and a very cheery lot they are too.
The coffee mornings held on a wednesday once a fortnight are very popular with people gathering from all the nearby homes.
I went bearing chain and listened to what they had to say about Bakewell, as is usual with most groups, cars and roads proved to be a bane of their life.
Apart from that they were really happy to be living here.
This is Pam Crump who i've met a few times before, she's a really lovely lady and a former mayor of Bakewell.
In Pams time of office there was no chain to be worn, just a ribbon, so I did something I've always wanted to do and photographed her wearing the chain!
