Wheatgrass-Up Close

A selfie with my tiniest student (posted with mom’s permission) and up close to the wheatgrass in our science area. It is amazing how much it has grown! I cut a little yesterday to see if I could juice it and after a successful try, I strained it and gathered the fiber from it. Now I’m thinking of what to do with this fiber, maybe add it to the recycled paper mix later in April...
