A cupboard

A new cupboard has appeared in an area that used to have seating.  The man, who 2 minutes before turned round just too soon, so I didn't manage to get you all a picture of "a man in a cupboard", told us when we enquired that it has been built to house the emergency batteries to safeguard the electrical supply to a new quiet area, and eventually to our new ward area.  

Meanwhile, we have lost some dozen seats in a convenient sub-waiting area.
