Chocolate shortbread

I went to U3A this morning where we had an interesting talk about WW2 in Norway and the bravery of the people when their country was occupied.

This afternoon I've been getting ready for visiting friends and have made some chocolate shortbread fingers to take with me. I ran out of dark chocolate for dipping them in so there's a mixture of dark and milk. I can pretend that it was intentional!
