Phone time.

Today I took a relative to her local hospital to have some tests.
While that was happening I spent an hour in the coffee shop with the Glasgow Herald. The room was very busy except for the far end where this lady was involved with her phone.
After a visit to the changing room at the Marks And Spencer sale I have come home determined to lose a few pounds!
