Uptown Gull

Just about the only animal at the rescue centre that scares me (although I haven't met a badger yet...). He is an absolute thug, which is great news because it means he's nearly ready to be released. Apologies for the poop in the shot - this was taken while I was plucking up the courage to clean him out. 

I am the proud owner of a new vegetable peeler and a freshly peeled thumb - one of those moments when you know what you've done but the pain takes a few moments to set in - quite disproportionate to the severity of the injury I might say. That was my karma for maiming the dog when I cut her claws.

Dashing off to MK at 5am for a couple days - woo hoo!
