Contrast ... ....

.... .... just a few seconds!!!
Came out of the gym to find dull dark sky within a few seconds the sun shone and blue sky appeared . Now two hours latter it is very cloudy again.
Don't know how long I'll be able to go to the pool it's becoming harder each time I go! Still managed the usual routine today now I'm exhausted just having lunch and a
cuppa .

Grateful ..... to be able to come home and rest.
