View from Rydal Cave entrance.....

     A great day for some photography around Rydal Water and then a climb up to Rydal cave where I took the above shot. Took plenty of them too which I will sort out when i return home.

     Had a bit of an accident today before we all left in John Gravett's  Landrover, as i climbed in to the rear of it my left foot slipped off the footplate step and slid between it and the towbar attachment. A large long scratch .  At first it was not to bad, but as the day wore on the leg  became more painful but have kept it clean. May have to have it dressed at the local hospital.  

Apologies for not  commenting on your journals, but will try and catch up soon. This landscape course is pretty full on as some of you already know.
