Moonspire

Friday was my last night in Strasbourg, and I was at a friend's flat for dinner. Walking back just after midnight to where I was staying, I saw the moon rising behind the eerily lit Strasbourg Cathedral. One advantage of a handheld over an SLR is you can take long exposure shots without needing a tripod, though my hands normally aren't steady enough so really pleased this one came out.

Saturday itself, I had a 12 1/2 hour train journey from Strasbourg to Stirling, which went off without any hitches; I even arrived home a whole hour early - how's that possible?
