Tandoori chicken, slaw with apple and brown rice
First meal this week with Mindful Chef and it took just over half an hour. Chicken was so tasty and the rest just gave such nice textures and crunch.
Beginning to feel stronger each day now. Cricket meeting tonight that is sure to set me back. Only joking!
