The Eastern border

A bit of a dismal day with the occasional hint of brightness in the sky. If you look closely you can make out  the remains of a WW2 gun emplacement recently emblazoned with the Scottish Saltire. As to its significance, who knows?

The newly scanned "extra" is from warmer climes and another time. A happy group of charming young ladies in a village in the far North of Ghana.
