Earth, wind and fire.

Haven't seen so much activity here for a long time. Having had to call the plumber out to deal with a rusty outside tap, a local landscaper turned up with a lorry load of topsoil, asking if I wanted it - he'd given me some before. So I ended up with five loads! 

Then a couple came to see about some hazel bushes that I'd put on Freecycle - help yourself, dig your own - then I had a bonfire to get rid of a large pile of prunings which have been sitting there for months. The folk over the road were both out at work - the other three nearest houses were empty too for various reasons, so I didn't smoke anyone out, though there was actually very little wind!
