--- not complaining about utilities.
On the seventh I told S T Water that I had a very minor leak from their water meter. About an hour later I was phoned to say that it would be dealt with today, between 1 & 5. Just before mid day the contractor rang to say that he could be a little early if that was ok,  by 12 30 the job was done and he was away. The only slight hiccup, persuading him that there was no point  cutting a hole in the cupboard floor to reach the stoptap as it was outside in the road.
