Mothering Sunday

The day servant girls were allowed to go back to their mother church. Here’s my son looking out over the people we both love and can both call our mother church (both he and I were born while our parents were attending this church and shortly after were dedicated here!). A shout out to my wonderful mum, amandoAlentejo, who brought me to Sutton Baptist in my first week of life and continued to teach me the value of meeting regularly with, and committing to, a local church community.
