Black headed gull

Not been sleeping well on account of my arm, so was awake soon after 6am. Watched a couple of programmes we had on sky+ and then went out for an hour or so to Spike Island in search of the kingfisher, kestrel or woodpecker. The weather was lovely - sunny and bright, no wind and about 8 degrees. Unfortunately, the birds were hiding a bit today and there were not too many about, despite me feeding them! 
The black headed gulls were doing a bit of squawking and this one was no exception. 
Had a lovely Mother's Day lunch at Pesto with my parents and brother and then back home to play some board games. Hubby introduced us to 2 new games and they were surprisingly good - Century Spice Road and Filou. It was a fine afternoon.
