It always surprises me when I get off the train in Edinburgh in the autumn/winter and see tourists in their down coats, fur lined boots and hats. It was harder to spot them because of the fog today but there they were. I hope this wasn't their only day to see the castle but because it was missing in action.

I wonder what they'll make of the new marketing campaign for Edinburgh.
