Surprise Walk.

Today we had planned to visit a friend who lost her Welsh Terrier a month ago but a phone call from RF sounded like she wasn't quite well enough to make it. Fortunately she decided to go and what a lovely day we had.

We all had a great lunch, Murphy was happy sitting in the pub and our friend enjoyed herself.

After dropping her back home I had a tour of RF's childhood haunts including her family home built by her father.

We then stopped at the Basingstoke Canal, Odiham for a completely unplanned and thoroughly enjoyable walk along the tow path.
