Back To The Beach

Warmer today so another beach walk was warranted. 
Also yet another typical bright blue sky day.
This time it was Garden City Beach with GCB Pier in the background. 
They are still doing repairs on the pier after last Sept's hurricanes beat it up, so the pier remains closed to the public.
It's scheduled to reopen later this month which will be nice to have it back.
There are bars at both the entrance and far end of the pier, but those seem to appeal mainly to tourists.

Another good aspect of The Marshwalk is the BYOB feature which can be utilized by the cheapskates; uh, I mean *budget conscious* like myself. :-)
