Super Size Parsnips.

This morning we went to a Farmers Market, where, amongst other things we came across these huge parsnips. They were grown on a farm in Wiltshire and were massive compared to what we normally see in the shops. We came away with a parsnip and some 'Candy Beetroot' and 'Golden Beetroot' which I'm sure we will enjoy too.
