Owwy

Hobbled on up to the GP today about my heel; turns out I have something called plantar fasciitis, which sounds a lot more exciting/terrifying than it is (swollen owwy tendons). I've been given some anti-inflammatory gel, a referral to physiotherapy, and a recommendation to buy more supportive shoes.

Rich was out tonight and because I was feeling all sorry for myself I spent it watching the first season of ANTM! I'm such a grown up!
