Shop Local

There is a big push to support our local businesses instead of going to the big discount stores and shopping malls. It’s really been working too.
This is a shot of train bridge where they have just recently painted the town name and the slogan ‘Shop Local, Shop Small’. It’s right at the entrance of the downtown area where all the local restaurants and businesses are located.
The nice thing is you bump into many of your friends and neighbors. New shops are popping up all over now. The newest is a dog boutique called The Scottish Dog.
