Double Check

The date of today's photo was verified by Blip and the Environmental Wardens.

They both agreed it was rubbish.

Whenever I feel inclined to complain about my lot I'll remind myself that I could be walking the alleys of Edinburgh stickering bin bags and that should improve my mood. Mind you, I bet you'd get some interesting blips in that line of work.

I've done a few rubbish presentations in my time but nothing illegal, so far as I know. I wonder just how you are supposed to "present" your rubbish?
