Flower Friday: Tiny Chrysanthemum

I was so taken with blipper rainie's Flower Friday blip today, using extension tubes, that I thought I'd do something similar. It's not as gorgeous as hers but I was reasonably pleased with how it came out. It's backlit from a window.

It's a tiny flowerhead taken stolen from a bunch of my Editor's flowers - the flower head is very like a daisy in size & appearance, although it has more petals and they're more curved. I'm pretty sure it's a mini form of chrysanthemum but I'm happy to be corrected!

(I used the extension tubes on the 60mm Olympus macro lens with in-camera focus stacking.)
