B is for Tuesday?

Well okay not really but we have had plenty of Bs today.

The choice for blip pics came down to bubbles (in the childrens' bath), the bloom of a late rose or the backdoor.

The bubbles in the bath didnt work according to plan as (perhaps more importantly) the children were enjoying them too much.

The backdoor was a little difficult to take a satisfactory picture of and is possibly more for me as it means the building work (there goes another B) is into its last straight.
So to cut to the chase I plumped for possibly the safest one, the rose. The rose bush grows outside my front door. It has the most delightfully coloured blooms from pale yellow to a good custard (packet) yellow and they each have a perfect perfume its not too heady, unlike some roses, but provides a lovely smell every time you open the door. It also seems to flower for about half the year.

I wonder what tomorrow will bring?
