This little fella was ceremoniously handed over to Anna today when she got her first set of house keys. Through the magic of the inter web it was simultaneously broadcast on the East Coast with record viewing figures.

Good day of many things...coffee with a friend, work chat with another friend, work work, piano lesson for Jackson and shopping for CactusJack.

Very entertaining FaceTime with Carl but he has officially been gone too long. He can come home now.
