Gill

Here is Gill, my best friend since we met at college 45 years ago. She has recently retired from teaching and isn't missing it at all!

We met today for lunch at a place called "Graze", between Beith and Dalry, which we have both passed for years en route to each other's house, but never stopped at. We were pleasantly surprised: the menu was simple, the food freshly cooked and tasty, the staff friendly and efficient, and the prices astonishingly low!

Since we were celebrating Gill's birthday, we indulged in a glass of Sauvignon Blanc, which made the lunch a little bit special.
