Marina

An overcast start until mid morning then bright sunshine all the way.

We decided to do the cleaning this morning and have a run out after lunch.

We did pick a lovely day, we drove a little up the coast, some 30 kms away to a town called Alcossebre and this is a view looking towards the Marina.   It is a low rise town and beach resort, a little more rugged on the beach than where we are but very picturesque.

We had a mooch about and stopped for a cold drink before heading back.   We will be back and spend the day here.   Worth exploring more.  There are some walks in the surrounding mountains, not too far, but depending on Alan whether we manage them or not.

On the return journey we took a wrong turn and wound our way through farmland and smallholdings, nestled between the Mountains and the sea.   Lots of Almonds Trees, Oranges Trees (of course) and artichokes growing.

A lovely afternoon out.
