Springtime blues...

This is Batson, where I used to share a cottage with a friend of mine. It sits on Salcombe’s doorstep yet often feels like it’s a world away from the town.

I had a fabulous massage today to help my wonky leg before training intensifies. I’m banned from running for 24 hours so went for a lovely walk instead - the blue skies making it feel very Spring like.
