Curves.

This morning i caught the bus into Helston.popped into Lidls to get a few things for our daughter.i walked through the bowling green into the town then quite a walk up hill to our daughter.stayed a while with her before walking up to my hair dresser to get my hair cut and coloured.then a walk back to the town and caught the bus home.that was my exercise for the day.i did enjoy the walk has it's been another sunny day.H was at his volunteer work today at the maritime museum.
