AJ progress

Down to Dorset this morning with my sister toaccomoanying AJ at her hospital appointment. Not sure of the traffic in the morning or if there were delays, arranged to meet AJ at outpatients. She was already there. There had been some confusion as had another appointment at the hand clinic (she wasnt aware of this appointment) prior to her appointment with the consultant. Into the dressing room and the nurse removed the dressing - a nice clean healthy scar. Consultant arrived and had a good chat, all parties happy but as an extra precaution to wear a full arm plaster cast for another 3 weeks. Into the plaster room and AJ was given a choice of colours! However, she couldn’t have a colour above her elbow, but chose funky purple for the lower part :)

stopped off on the way back to AJ’s at a pub for lunch. Good meal had by all.

Spot of shopping before returning to AJ’s flat to go through paperwork. Didn’t notice that time was flying and left around 6pm (AJ not impressed that her evening call to get ready for bed arrived at 5:30pm! They were kindly thanked for coming but asked to leave).

Arrived home in time - dinner ready, just being dished up ready:)
