Rock me amaryllis ...

Another busy one today. Getting to the back of the silage pit at one side so managed to scrape up enough for 4 loads to feed the slats cattle then the smelly job of clearing up the stinking plastic sheet and scraping up the edges. By tonight I had the empty space filled with straw bales from the lambing shed as still more room needed to build up pens . As usual , lambing time is only days away and not ready. Last week's blizzards and lack of staff did no favours.
Interviewed a chap for the shepherd position this afternoon. Hopefully he has agreed to give it a go once he has done the lambing at the place he is now. Fingers crossed.
Noticed that 2 of the four heads on this triffid had opened since last week. Like the deep red colour.
