Grossmünster

After finishing with my client I had time to walk around the middle of Zürich. This is a view down the Zürichsee to the old town, and the twin towers are part of the massive Grossmünster church.

Zürich is often thought of as a modern, glass-steel-and-concrete financial centre. Well, it is, but it also has a lovely medieval quarter flanking the lake. Well worth a bit of exploration if you have a few hours.

Oh, and the trams in the city are maybe the best public transport system I've used.
