This was the theme for tonight’s Lent course. Great discussions and lots of stories shared.

A stressy Tuesday....low on staff...late night...doctors appointments for The Rev who had very high blood pressure....rushed dinner....so it was nice to have a slow walk up to Church for our Lent course.

Thankful for..mind space from a busy life.
