Coggers Hall

This house in the centre of our village dates from 1280. Beautiful inside but far too many nooks and crannies for me, (dusting) it is also right next to the river and has been flooded on several occasions, the owners have put a pump in the basement, and keep a firm eye on the river levels which have risen quite a lot today since the snow melted but not at danger level
