Spider Web

I noticed some rather impressive spiderwebs hanging from the railings of our balcony, so grabbed my camera and flip flops and began to experiment. I have never taken photos of spiderwebs before and didn't appreciate how hard it was!! I had to go back inside to find something to use as a dark backdrop and then asked my mum to hold it for me while I took the photos. To get a really good picture of a spiderweb I think you would need a colour filter but as I don't have any of those, I used a shoebox lid instead!

Sorry about the railings - not much I can do about them!!
