Home Baked Bread

When we returned from our holiday last week, a very kind neighbour had baked a loaf for us, and delivered it to us, along with 6 eggs from their chickens, and some milk (which they'd bought as they don't have cows!).
Now that may sound lovely - and it was - but the consequence is that I've had to bake our own bread ever since!  This was great though over the last few days when we couldn't get out easily, and also now, as there's no bread on the shelves in the supermarkets.
