Ready For School?!

Tuesday mornings are always hectic as I have to get Amy to school for 8.00 a.m for her basketball club. As it's an activity for her, Amy always gets up easily. But James is another matter!

Therefore I was pleasantly surprised this morning when he got up and dressed with no moaning.... and then I saw him. "Do you think you're ready for school?" I asked. "Yes Mummy, after I've had my breakfast!" He had his breakfast after I made him look in a mirror!

As a friend of a friend pointed out the other day, it's amazing how children can transform an item of clothing, which is designed to make you look smart, into quite the opposite!
